If Trump is willing to go to war with Iran, then Irans leverage may be non existent. Instead, America announced that Iran can have a civilian nuclear program, in defiance of Israeli demands. This means either China and Russia may prop up Iran, to a degree that America doesn’t want, or America wants Israel to live under the threat of nuclear threat, or America’s only leverage is a preference to avoid war.
It seems prudent to assume that whatever deal Iran signs, Iran will fulfill 70%. Which basically means covert continuation of the program, and a period of not utilizing their proxy forces. In G-d I trust.
