I am inclined to doubt that the Jews have so much control over the situation of human kinds struggle with racial inequality. We can implement the appropriate next step, but that is typically not a final solution to the ideas that motivate conflict. Additionally, it is not as if the gentiles, including the arab Muslims, but also the Europeans and americans, who we have seen have tremendous influence over what happens in Israel, do not influence events by their choices.

Also, war is a part of this world, a big part of being a Jew and Israeli, and therefore war can be righteous, and in our case, usually is. Racial inequality is not hard to talk about, or live with, when you are the most successful people in the world. Our emotions dont get the best of us, we are neither outraged or angry at the less than equal. In fact we struggle with excessive compassion, not a horrible problem to have. To think that war can be waged without casualties, is dumb, and probably negligent.

Sometimes I think that only Jewish actions matter, perhaps it is some type of egotism, but there are many examples of gentiles in the Torah making choices that considerably influence events. We can establish a new paradigm, it takes us time to adjust, just as it takes our adversaries time to adjust, but the light from the previous truth that blinded and inspired many by its greater justice, fades. Until we reconnect the world to G-d, the eternal light giver. In G-d I trust.

Perhaps G-d hardened Pharos heart, because he and his nation had already failed, they did not pass the test, they succumbed to the evil of hating the Jews for standing up for themselves, damning the righteousness of standing up for their identity. They even hated the G-d of Israel, who forced their actions, He did not persuade them.
