https://www.israelnationalnews.com/news/407820 The Attorney general misunderstands the situation. Or willfully opposes it. The Israeli judicial system has been suspected of overreaching its power, and exceeding its mandate. It is an opinion that has largely metastasized. The Israeli judicial system has been politicized, in the minds of the people that it serves. The best way to improve this situation, is for the elected representatives of the community, to divide up the powers of the judiciary, and fill those new positions with non political, qualified candidates, chosen by the elected government. If only a partial reform of the judiciary is possible, permitting right wing and religious Israeli representation is the way to restore the reputation of Israeli law. So that we can capture and progress, the notion that the study of law creates highly educated and moral individuals. So we can benefit from such an institution separate from the political apparatus, after it has been so clearly exposed as being monopolized by the politicians of old administrations. The main source of legitimacy comes from the people, and the immutable laws of creation. The legal realm, is rooted in practicality, the collective sense of morality and justice of hundreds of judges, dedicated to reading laws, and dealing with conflict all day. At best, this enables a check against politicians whose ideas lack integrity. When the legitimacy of the judiciary is compromised in the minds of the people, the only way it can be restored, is by the re-selection of personnel based on the elected political factions. The legitimacy of the elected government, is superior than the notion of highly moral and just judges, who are impervious to corruption, and foreign influence through appointments, with collusion with the nations media. Israel was once a more left wing nation, that accommodated and emulated the beliefs of America and Europe. It is well documented and understood by critical numbers of Israelis, that during that time, western hegemonists, dominated the Israeli judicial system and openly stated that it was their intention to impose their power through those institutions undemocratically. The best way to rectify this situation, is through reforming the Israeli judicial system, through the participation of all democratic elected parties. The reality is that the Israeli left wing politicians, are still dedicated to western supremacy, and concealment of Jewish Israel by pretending to be another western nation. They represent the financial interests of the world, rooted in the immutable laws of creation, and they do not respect, or share the interests or opinions of the Israeli public. They do share their objectives to a certain degree, but not near completely. Do I imagine that Israel can function without direct intervention by the advocates of good and evil? Almost certainly not. But the question appears to be, can Israel pass its own laws, defend its own interests, and force the powers of the world as well as good and evil, to expose themselves, to do so from an external source, while Israel serves its people and legitimacy. That sounds like a good fit. They still dominate the media. Its not like anyone has a clue, if the forces of judgment have dominating control over the judiciary, or through multiple political candidates and government institutions. Perhaps there is a power struggle slash danger involved? I really doubt it. When Netanyahu selects new generals and heads of intelligence, from what I recall, they are at best moderate leftists, rather than raging communists. A pivot to external adversaries, and a return to actual internal conflict should be the desire of Israel. America may not want it, because it destabilizes their narrative, or social cohesion, or it just represents a loss of power. But so what if America doesn’t like loosing? We are fighting a war. The fact that it might be a very ‘civil’ war, doesn’t change that fact. Delegitimizing the judiciary, is much better than delegitimizing the entire Israeli establishment. Vote right, get left. Perhaps the financial interests need a symbol of their power, and cannot allow themselves to be exposed? When you have real dominating power, you don’t really have to care about propaganda. Perhaps Israels willingness to reject the Israeli judiciary, means that Israel has earned the right to knowingly face the authoritarian government. It would appear so, and that would be logical and moral. Hopefully exposing it, was the last piece of evidence needed to bring about the next step in our redemption. G-d willing. I think it is true that a shift to externalizing the Islamic threat, as well as internalizing the conflict between less mixed Jews with more mixed Jews, the battle of the sexes, and classes, is more rational from the perspective of legitimacy, and Israeli interests, as well as the Kingdom of G-d. Can legitimacy be restored when the Israeli government will need to accommodate American influence, as well as the influence of the forces of evil? I don’t think it would be that hard to create for the Jews of Israel a pretense for the forces of evil. Heck, we could just say that the influence of the forces of evil, have compelled Israel to embrace actions in contrast with the Israeli democratic will. It would only compel Jews to repent. We can say the financial interests of the world, we could say fear of boycott by America and the UN. It doesn’t seem like a hard step. I feel I lack the tools to see if we have crossed any finish lines, that might liberate us from anti Jewish domination through the Israeli supreme court. All the evidence before me, is that the attorney general of Israels power are being proposed to be divided. Which I obviously support, as her position has exposed itself as being entrenched hostile interests. I can’t make the call that our Mitzvas are well above the powers of the forces of evil to maintain this level of censorship and pretense. Their illegitimacy is to great. This narrative should certainly help reduce the substantially illegitimate mystique of the Israeli judicial system. The study of law, and the morality that it compels in people, does not defend your organizations ability to defend itself from foreign infiltration, and subsequent appointment of friendly judges. In G-d I trust.
